    Primary Responsibility:
    Provide excellent service to internal and external customers by providing JDA/RedPrairie WMS-related support functions. Also provide 2nd-level JDA support for go-lives as well as post go-lives by troubleshooting and resolving regular service desk tickets. Liaise with and escalate to 2nd-level application and infrastructure support as needed. Work directly with the configuration team to perform many of the same responsibilities in a junior role with the ability to grow.


    Essential Functions:

    • Supports all RedPrairie/JDA WMS sites from a 2nd-level perspective.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves support requests related to JDA/RedPrairie WMS or any related interfaces or ancillary systems. 
    • Supports a variety of internal users: Office staff, supervisors, Wave Planners, Inventory Control, Site Management and RF Operators. 
    • Answers phone and monitors email and ticket queues for support requests.
    • Works directly with the configuration team to perform many of the same activities under mentorship.
    • Works with Super Users to promote ticket closure within the facility. 
    • Works with Service Desk technicians to ensure all applicable tickets are resolved within the Service Desk.
    • Liases with and escalates to configuration specialists, quality specialists, developers or other application or infrastructure support as necessary.
    • Assists with configuration and testing tasks as needed.
    • Participates in weekly team meetings and other meetings as necessary.
    • Participates in the on-call rotation as deemed necessary.
    • At times, provides on-site support for go-lives including hypercare support. Escalates issues to facility and IT management as necessary.
    • Provides on-site support as needed.
    • Other duties as requested.


    Qualifications/Additional Skills:

    • <25% travel.
    • Strong working knowledge of JDA/RedPrairie WMS
    • 3+ years of direct WMS support in the JDA/RedPrairie WMS space
    • Ability to work in team-oriented environment with extremely strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
    • Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail and ability to follow-up in a timely fashion.
    • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC and application software
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc)
    • Knowledge of RF terminals and scanners preferred
